About this poem:
Poem The tiger in the zoo is written by Leslie Norris.
- The tiger is patrolling around the houses of the villagers.
- He intimidates them by growling at them. Their homes are located near the jungle and people used to see a tiger.
- He scares the villagers with his sharp fangs and long claws.
- His long white fangs, stout face, and horrific claws were enough to terrify the villagers.
- He wanted to be out of the cage.
